Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Vive Gostoso is the digital infrastructure of São Miguel do Gostoso, RN. We operate non-profit with total transparency.
2. Data we collect
We only collect what we need: name, e-mail and phone to register service providers; name, e-mail and phone of people who claim a Gostoso Passport coupon (see section 7); public business data (name, address, contact); and browsing data through analytics cookies (with your consent).
3. How we use your data
Your data is used to: display your profile/business on the platform; enable direct contact (WhatsApp); anonymous usage analysis to improve the site; and payment processing (Stripe).
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies, which keep the site working, and analytics cookies, only with your consent. The analytics cookies come from Google Analytics, which counts visits, and Microsoft Clarity, which builds heatmaps and records sessions anonymously (clicks, scrolling and movement on the page). You can refuse or change your choice at any time under "Manage cookies" in the footer.
5. Your rights (LGPD)
You have the right to: access, correct, delete, port and revoke consent. To exercise them, email: privacidade@vivegostoso.com.br
6. Retention
We keep your data while your account or business is active on the platform. After deletion we remove it within 30 days, unless the law requires otherwise. Data from people who claim a Passport coupon follows the rule in section 7.
7. Gostoso Passport (coupons)
When you claim a Gostoso Passport coupon, we ask for your name, e-mail and phone. We use them to create your coupon and its image, to make sure the coupon is good for one purchase only, and to pass your details to the business you chose so it can talk to you about the perk. The legal basis is your consent (LGPD, art. 7, item I): you give it by ticking the permission box before claiming, and without it no coupon is issued. Along with the claim we keep the date and time of your consent, the version of this policy and the text you read. Your details go only to the business of that coupon. After that, the business is responsible for what it does with them, and we ask it to use them only to talk about the perk. We do not sell or hand your data to anyone else. The data sits in a cloud database, with access limited to the coupon business and the Vive Gostoso team. We keep claim data for up to 12 months and then delete it. You can withdraw your consent and ask for deletion at any time by e-mail at privacidade@vivegostoso.com.br; we will also ask the business to delete its copy. To limit abuse, we keep a scrambled version (hash) of the IP address of each claim. The business does not see it, and it is deleted with the claim. Name, e-mail and phone are whatever you typed, and we do not verify them.
